Exercises
 

SIDE GLIDES:

  1. Start with one shoulder against the wall or door.
  2. Make a "V" with the arm against the wall with your elbow in front of your chest/ribcage.
  3. Place your feet together, positioned out to the side, equal to or past your shoulder width from the wall.
  4. Put your other hand on your waist to help push your hip towards the wall.
  5. Repeat up to 10 times, multiple times throughout the day. 
  6. To move away from the wall put your inside foot underneath you first.
  7. Repeat with your other side against the wall.
